Instead of following the competition and building the small (cheap) floor scrubbers overseas, Factory Cat builds this battery powered scrubber in the Mid-West of the United States. The MINI scrubber packs high performance scrubbing in a basic package, without the complexity and cost of a “Traction Drive” unit. The MINI automatic battery scrubber has a superior “pad/brush assist” system, which eliminates any need for the operator to push the machine.

Factory Cat scrubbers thrive in metal fabrication facilities, car dealerships, machine shops, food / beverage packaging and distribution, or in any application where customers demand durable scrubbers. Water flow on the scrubber is adjustable and shuts off automatically when the operator stops driving forward.

The “Disk” scrub decks are available in 17”, 20” and 23” scrub paths, all driven by a powerful scrub motor, and flexibly-mounted, to improve scrubbing on uneven floors. The “Cylindrical” scrub deck has the added benefit of sweeping up debris while scrubbing. Brush pressure is for the scrub deck is infinitely adjustable, and the pressure reads out on the pressure gauge.

The “Disk” scrub decks offer nearly 35% more power than other walk behind scrubbers. The deck is protected by steel guards and large polyurethane rollers keep the unit from marking walls. The scrub brushes are driven by powerful scrub motors, and are gimbal-mounted, to improve cleaning on uneven floors.
