I thought it would be appropriate to write to you regarding the TCM Lift-trucks.
 
We have been using TCM Lift-trucks for the past ten (10) years, in both our Canadian and U.S. Plants.
 
Since using these machines our repair costs are less than half and our fuel consumption is down magnificently over your competitors.
 
In fact of our total of twenty (20) Lift-trucks nineteen (19) are TCM's.

It is now approximately eighteen months since we purchased our Factory Cat sweeper and it is still operating as good as the day we received it.
 
As you are well aware our plant has a major problem with grinding and welding dust and since we started using sweeper the finish on our products has been vastly improved.
 
We feel that our pay back for this machine was achieved in the first twelve months of its operation. From that time on we have had savings from our operating budget that we could not have achienved without the use of your machine.

Approximately two years ago I purchased from you a used Caterpillar fork lift truck.

Presently the responsibilities for Service and Replacement requirements of Lift trucks at 1150 Finch Ave. will be shared by a Mr. Leo Adair Manager Essotech, and Mr. Hugh Fulton Distribution Service Co-ordinator Esso Chemical.
 
Today they operate three T.C.M., Fork Lift Trucks with between 6000 and 7000 hours of service accumulate since their purchase from your company in early 1987. These machines have proven to be very reliable with low maintenance costs.
 
Talking with Mr. Fulton and Mr. Adair today they have advised me that your company is still providing excellent service and preventative maintenance on our T.C.M. Fork Lift Trucks.

This morning I drove our Hoist lift truck for 2+ hours to ensure it was in a safe working condition and it appears all issues have been corrected with the replacement of the speed controller and repair to the exhaust manifold gasket.

I was wondering if you had a copy of the PDI report for the unit that was dropped off in Bolton? If so could you please forward a copy to me, I would love to get all the serial numbers off that sheet so I can create that units profile in my records.

We looked for a pre-owned Combi-Lift for a couple of years but soon found out that they were very difficult to come by on the used market.
 
We contacted All-Lift to discuss buying new and we received excellent sales advice, training and follow up from our Account Manager, Chavdar Nedkov.
 
Within hours of having the machine dropped off at our growing facility, we realized immediate benefits relating to our material handling needs. Payback was instantaneous. Hopefully we will be on the market for a second machine in the not so distant future!

It's been three weeks now since we took delivery of the reach truck and below are our comments
 
1) The first impressions of the unit where very pleasing. The unit came in looking brand new. all the wheels were new, brand new battery and a near factory finish on the outside shell
2) The operation of the unit is impressive, very smooth and responsive.
3) The whole transaction from sourcing , pricing, delivery, payment terms where second to none.
 
This is the first piece of "used "equipment ever purchased by Marmon Keystone Burlington facility. Our experience with All Lift was nothing but positive.

Good Afternoon, I just wanted to send an email to let you all know how great a job your service technician Moe does here servicing our trucks. He is always prompt and cordial when he is here. He looks after my trucks in a very thorough and professional manor. We have been discussing getting him to come back and power washing these machines. My facility is very dusty and I appreciate the extra care and attention he gives the machines on a regular basis. Please pass along my sincere gratitude to Moe for an outstanding job. I will be in touch with the service dept. to schedule to have these machines power washed. Thank you.

He is also working on fixing Combi 12.

Garth Industrial and All-Lift have been partners for many years and last year when our main forklift broke down, All-Lift were there to help.
 
Chavdar, All-Lifts Account Manager, was quick to answer our request for help and found us a replacement unit very quickly.
All-Lift were fantastic in making sure we had a rental unit until our new unit arrived and more importantly, ensuring we didn’t have any down time in our business!
 
We also use All-Lift for our general maintenance of our other units and are very happy with the quality of their technicians, and their level of service.
